Community Manager

We are looking for a social media expert in Spain for the management of online campaigns and events in EU Affairs.



  • University degree with a duration of at least 4 years;
  • A minimum of 3 years’ experience in professional digital communication including experience in the production of audiovisual contents material;
  • Strong written and oral language skills in Spanish (C2 level) and very good command of English;
  • Knowledge of Spanish national interests in the broader context of EU priorities, including a proven interest in European policies and developments;
  • Experience in the management of social media campaigns and accounts;
  • Experience in the design of innovative contents and information materials for online dissemination (infographics, animated contents, …);
  • Experience in cooperation with EU Institutions is an asset;
  • Proactive, hands-on and solution focused approach;
  • Professional organisation and planning skills, priority setting and multitasking.

Contract details

  • One year contract, starting in December 2022, with possibility of renewal;
  • Freelance contract based on 4 days of availability per week;
  • Presence required on-site in Madrid for the cooperation activities with the EC Representation in Madrid.
