Social media community manager

ESN is looking for an online community manager to join ESN’s social media department.



  • Managing and expanding our clients’ social media communities
  • Impact measurement: monitoring clients’ accounts and presence on social media, analysing and preparing reports and measuring the impact of clients’ social media activities
  • Planning and producing creative social media content to help audiences
  • Amplifying results by planning and executing paid campaigns
  • Meeting with clients and advising them directly
  • Publishing and scheduling content on social media

The selected candidate will test a variety of communication models on social media channels to help clients take a major step forward building their social media communities.



  • 3 years of experience in social media management
  • Editing and project management skills
  • Community management experience
  • Numerical reasoning skills
  • Experience with paid social media campaigns (Business Manager, Twitter ads and Google AdWords) and the latest trends
  • Experience with social media listening, publishing and analytical tools (e.g. Brandwatch/TalkWalker, Socialbakers …)
  • Proficiency in spoken and written English
  • Ability to work in a team and independly
  • Preferable: knowledge of EU institutions and EU law and policy-making process
  • Preferable: experience in using image and video-editing tools
